Trouw Nutrition is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst, GL Accounting to join our team in Western Canada. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Insight Generation: Identify bottlenecks, efficiencies, and business opportunities by analyzing data from various sources.
  • Advice & Strategy: Provide data-driven insights and market analysis to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.
  • Planning & Control: Support the business through the planning and control cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Advanced Analytics: Conduct complex data analysis and merge internal and external data sources to drive business strategy.
  • Compliance & Professional Development: Ensure compliance with corporate policies and identify areas for process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA designation – completed or in progress.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a related role with expertise in Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong background in data analysis, financial analytics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analytical and proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
