Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Shree Nilkanth Food Services Inc. O/A Dairy Queen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with business objectives.
- Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless operations.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and success.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a professional image.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimum working conditions.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Team Management: Supervise a team of more than 20 people, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Possess strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a large workload, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and demands.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Demonstrate a strong ability to work collaboratively with others, building and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.
- Work Term: Work on a permanent basis, with a regular full-time schedule of 35 hours per week.
- Work Language: Work in the English language.
