Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Original Pho Eatery Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we always have the necessary resources on hand.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our management team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to create new menu items and promotions that drive sales and revenue growth.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
