Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at REBAR MODERN FOOD (2019) LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our standards.
- Scheduling and Planning: Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our restaurant is adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
- Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the management of inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and beverages, ensuring that they meet our high standards.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
