Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define solution requirements and specifications.
  • Install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
  • Support Solution Architects in specifying system design, development, and deployment requirements.
  • Monitor and test application performance, troubleshoot, and propose solutions.
  • Write and deliver technical documentation in compliance with QA processes.
  • Research new hardware and software solutions to improve system performance.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree and/or technical background delivering computer-based solutions.
  • 2-7 years of experience in delivering systems development/integration projects.
  • Must have or be eligible for government-level security clearance.
  • Experience working across the V-Model.
  • Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows, UNIX/Linux-based environments.
