- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing their NOTAM-related queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of NOTAM services with other aviation operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
Requirements:
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience in a related field.
- Post-secondary education or specialized training in a relevant field, such as aviation, computer science, or information technology.
- Significant experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of NOTAM systems, aeronautical information, and aviation operations.
