  4. Document and label orders correctly, interpreting and understanding documentation.
  5. Optimize tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
  6. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering service and resolving issues.
  7. Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean work area and operating material handling equipment safely.
  8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to operational procedures and productivity standards.
