Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KPS ENTERPRISES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
