Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of sales, collections, and product delivery to ensure optimal results.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
- Manage retail operations, including customer accounts, collection activities, and merchandising and maintenance of the store.
- Deliver best-in-class service to customers through the delivery of our products to their homes.
- Manage accounts receivables by monitoring overdue accounts on a weekly basis.
- Ensure retail operational effectiveness by overseeing all collection items for the store and ensuring all retrieved sales items are cleaned, refurbished, and repaired in a timely manner.
- Some experience in a leadership capacity overseeing different functionalities, preferably in a sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Compassionate and operate with integrity on every sale, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Full class driver's license with a driver's abstract in good standing.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move home goods.
- Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
