Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Store Manager to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence in our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize store profitability through effective sales and collection strategies
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage retail operations, including customer accounts, collection activities, and merchandising and maintenance of the store
- Deliver best-in-class service to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances
- Oversee all collection items for the store, ensuring timely repair and refurbishment of retrieved sales items
- Leadership experience in a sales environment, preferably in a retail setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team development
- Compassionate and integrity-driven approach to sales, with a focus on customer needs and well-being
- Full class driver's license with a driver's abstract in good standing
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move home goods
- Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit)
