Retail Store Manager

As a Full Time Retail Store Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the overall performance of the Front Store, including cosmetics and excluding Pharmacy.
- Lead staff in providing excellent customer service and ensuring store objectives are achieved.
- Maintain Store Standards to optimize customer experience and drive customer traffic.
- Work with the Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time.
- Manage labour scheduling and leverage Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize labour productivity.
- Conduct probationary reviews and annual staff performance reviews.
- Manage staff performance through ongoing coaching, action planning, and follow-up.
- Analyze financial reports and identify trends to address discrepancies.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve business efficiency at the store.
- Previous retail management experience for a minimum of 5 years.
- Demonstrated ability to drive the business, lead by example, and support corporate programs.
- Works effectively with the management team.
