Customer Experience Director

This position focuses on operational effectiveness, ensuring a superior guest experience by monitoring casino operations and providing effective oversight. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring overall integrity and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Managing casino financial activities and developing business plans and budgets.
- Providing direction to casino staff, promoting good relationships and ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed.
- Handling escalated patron and staff complaints.
As an organization that values employee and patron safety, we have instituted a Drug & Alcohol policy. Successful applicants are subject to a background check and must obtain a gaming employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority. The minimum age to work in a casino is 19 years old, and a valid Saskatchewan Driver's License and acceptable driving record are required.
Some locations operate in a high sensory environment, and you may be required to work in an area with tobacco smoke, high noise levels, flashing and blinking lights, and a congested workplace.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A four-year bachelor degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five years' experience in business or gaming management, with experience in motivating, training, and working effectively with staff.
