Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Pipe Fittings Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Leadership
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Management
- Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of the warehouse.
- Train workers in duties and policies to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Inventory Management
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure inventory is accurately managed.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Operational Logistics
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
- 3-4 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
