Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Pipe Fittings Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Logistics and Operations: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations, including receiving and processing orders, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to inventory management, shipping, and receiving, ensuring minimal disruptions to our operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on inventory levels, shipping and receiving activity, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
