About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Hotel Executive Housekeeper to join our team at DAYS INN. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees
    • Develop and implement strategies to facilitate the social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees, including access to community resources, language training, and skills training.
    • Collaborate with local organizations to provide support and resources to newcomers and refugees.
  • Support for Youths
    • Design and deliver on-the-job training programs tailored to the needs of youth, focusing on skills development and career advancement.
    • Provide mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities to support the career aspirations of youth.
  • Support for Veterans
    • Develop and implement mentorship, coaching, and networking programs to support the transition of veterans into the workforce.
    • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming and inclusive work environment for veterans.
  • Support for Indigenous People
    • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to promote cultural understanding and support.
    • Design and deliver mentorship, coaching, and networking programs to support the career aspirations of indigenous workers.
  • Support for Mature Workers
    • Develop and implement hiring policies that promote age diversity and inclusion, and provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
  • Support for Visible Minorities
    • Develop and implement hiring policies that promote diversity and inclusion, and provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for visible minorities.
    • Design and deliver mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
