We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Okanagan Seasons Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and direction to housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, and ensure that orders are placed in a timely manner.
- Purchasing and Procurement: Source and purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services as needed.
- Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that high standards of cleanliness and quality are maintained.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
