Your Role Overview

As a dynamic leader and advocate for our brand, you will collaborate closely with the Shop Manager to inspire your team and elevate the store's performance, ensuring an exceptional customer journey and robust sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and engage a motivated team to fulfill customer needs effectively.
  • Support the Shop Manager in crafting a customer-centric store atmosphere that brings our brand values to life through products and initiatives.
  • Proactively address challenges using available resources and innovative thinking.
  • Serve as a role model for your team, demonstrating effective communication and flexibility.
  • Foster customer loyalty to strengthen The Body Shop brand.
  • Collaborate with the Shop Manager to achieve sales and performance objectives.
  • Assist in inventory management and adapt to changes as necessary.
  • Utilize provided data (KPI's) to make informed commercial decisions that enhance sales and team performance.
  • Identify and nurture high-potential candidates while supporting the growth of current team members.
  • Show a keen interest in the beauty market, our competitors, and our product offerings.
Qualifications We Seek
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on team leadership and development.
  • Proven ability to meet sales and performance targets through effective planning and organization.
  • Strong collaborative skills within a feedback-driven environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with data (KPI's) for sound business decision-making is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
  • Availability to work across a full week, from Sunday to Saturday.
