About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at 2761484 ONTARIO INC. O/A CIRCLE K. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales and operations efforts to drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and control daily store operations to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service strategies.
    • Plan and organize daily store operations to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
    • Manage and develop a high-performing team of sales and customer service staff.
  • Sales and Merchandising
    • Determine and implement sales and merchandising strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
    • Oversee the selection and presentation of merchandise to meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Develop and implement customer service strategies to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a retail sales or management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
