  • Formulate production timelines and delegate tasks to guarantee efficient workflow
  • Assess daily operational activities and oversee stock levels of both raw materials and finished goods
  • Coordinate and structure daily operations, including machinery upkeep and quality assurance evaluations
  • Lead and mentor staff in the operation of new machinery and production methodologies
  • Manage inventory and implement enhancements to equipment and production processes
