We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating policies and procedures, updating HR systems accurately, and assisting the HR Manager with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the maintenance of our Performance Management systems, including Performance Appraisal and Progressive Discipline processes.
• Coordinate the Martinrea Orientation Model for all temporary and full-time employees.
• Ensure accurate tracking of company training and update Employee/Department Training records in HR systems.
• Identify and implement improvements for the HR department to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Support Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental Systems, as well as Human Resources policies and the Martinrea Employee Handbook.

Requirements:
• Completion of or in process of obtaining a Diploma in Human Resources Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
• Fluency in Spanish (oral and written) is considered an asset.
• Ability to work in a 95% office environment and 5% plant floor setting (PPE required).
