We are seeking a skilled Senior Oracle Business Systems Analyst to become a vital member of our Analyst team within our financial services division in Montreal.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting analysis and process optimization, managing projects, and evaluating solutions including the assessment of 'Buy vs Build'.
- Participating in the application of Agile/Scrum methodologies to design and develop products alongside our internal developers, overseeing change management, user training, and application support.
- Collaborating with key business sectors such as accounting and investor management for Hedge Fund & Private Equity clients, visualizing data through interactive dashboards for institutional clients, and handling regulatory and compliance data processing and reporting (e.g., FATCA, CRS, and AML).
- Managing wire payment workflows, risk monitoring, and ensuring secure bank connectivity.
The ideal candidate will possess strong planning capabilities and the ability to manage both project and operational risks, effectively communicating between our clients, business units, and technology teams.
Qualifications include an undergraduate or graduate degree pertinent to Financial Services or Information Technology, along with a professional qualification in business analysis.
