Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Wang Hing Business Management Co. Ltd. as a Child Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and implement child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, including those with special needs.
  • Child Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Conduct regular assessments to identify children's strengths and areas of improvement, and develop strategies to support their growth and development.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Provide guidance and support to early childhood educators and other staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care and education to children.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Establish and maintain effective relationships with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Environment and Safety: Ensure the physical environment is safe, healthy, and conducive to learning, and develop strategies to promote children's physical and emotional well-being.
Requirements
  • Education: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
