Become a Key Player as a Food Services Supervisor

At Tim Hortons, we are looking for a dedicated individual to take on the role of Food Services Supervisor. This position is essential in ensuring our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Completion of a college or CEGEP program, or a non-university certificate lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of relevant experience or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide comprehensive training to team members regarding their roles, sanitation standards, and safety protocols.
  • Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with food quality and service standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Compile and submit detailed reports.
Supervisory Role:

Lead and mentor a team of 5 to 10 staff members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Work Environment:
  • Ability to meet frequent tight deadlines.
  • Engage in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.

Position Details:
  • This is a permanent full-time role.
