Automotive Refinishing Technician - Craftsman Collision

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinishing Technician to join our team at Craftsman Collision in Kamloops. Our company prides itself on offering competitive flat rate wages for paint hours, providing a stable and secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing surfaces for painting and ensuring a high-quality finish
  • Matching colors and mixing paints to exact specifications
  • Applying primers, base coats, and clear coats to achieve a flawless finish
  • Documenting progress and inspecting repairs to ensure quality control
  • Contributing to material tracking and inventory management

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Red Seal certification or equivalent experience in automotive refinishing

  • Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and strong team player skills
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to work in Canada
