Dental Hygiene Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hygiene/Treatment Coordinator to join our team at MCA Dental. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic, providing exceptional patient care, and contributing to the success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize scheduled appointments to achieve revenue budgets through treatment plan monitoring and patient information flow.
- Confirm upcoming appointments and ensure all pre-treatment processes are in place.
- Analyze the schedule to maximize efficiency and ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.
- Liaise with insurance providers and facilitate communication with patients and the clinical team.
- Meet with patients one-on-one to present and review treatment plans.
- Prepare and send pre-determinations and follow up on outstanding treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate accounting, patient records, and prepare timely reports related to dental clinic operations.
- Support other team members and maintain patient relations through ongoing dialogue.
- A self-driven individual with a solid understanding of dental procedures and the ability to communicate effectively with patients.
- Experience analyzing radiographs and preparing pre-determinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, organized, and reliable.
- Understanding of health & safety regulations relating to the dental office environment.
