The role of the Appliance Care Technician is ideal for dedicated individuals who thrive in customer-facing environments and enjoy both outdoor and indoor work settings. This position is integral to our operations at Grill Hero, where you will gain valuable insights into the barbecue service industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of barbecues and ovens in various settings.
- Execute repairs and maintenance tasks on a range of appliances.
- Organize and maintain inventory of company supplies and tools.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage client interactions effectively.
- Promote additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Complete other assigned tasks as necessary.
Essential Qualifications
- Capable of performing physical tasks and operating light machinery.
- Comfortable working outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
- Ability to comprehend and follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Proficient in using technical skills to troubleshoot appliance issues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- High attention to detail in all tasks.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting pay range of $18-$25 per hour, including tips and performance incentives.
- Access to performance bonuses and additional incentives.
