Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Wyndham Hill. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our apartment/condominium complex.
Key Responsibilities:- Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris; empty trash cans and other waste containers.
- Repairs and Maintenance: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems; contact tradespersons for major repairs; perform minor repairs on appliances.
- Security and Safety: Perform safety and security checks; work with minimal supervision.
- Physical Demands: Work under pressure; repetitive tasks; handling heavy loads; bending, crouching, kneeling.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Personal Suitability: Dependability; excellent oral and written communication; flexibility; initiative; judgement; organized; reliability.
Work in all weather conditions; work under pressure; repetitive tasks; handling heavy loads; bending, crouching, kneeling.
