Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution and planning of logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and process communications, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and support tasks such as document review and updating shipping records.
  • Provide support to colleagues and internal clients.
  • Execute planned logistics solutions.
  • Create basic transportation orders.
  • Monitor orders and work with colleagues to expedite and resolve issues.
  • Utilize World Courier's facilities and tools to meet requirements.
  • Notify destination offices for shipments with special requirements.
  • Enter clear and concise instructions into the order file.
  • Be responsible for direct work tracking, even if it's not your order.
  • Perform basic tasks such as package preparation, document management, data entry, etc.
  • Show flexibility in work schedule, as World Courier operates 24/7 and will require overtime as well as weekend and holiday shifts, as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer care coupled with a High School diploma.
  • Potential for travel to a multitude of destinations worldwide.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and/or French.
  • Creative problem solving.
  • Flexibility to work multiple shifts.
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision.
