About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Vice President of Hospitality to join our team at Prodigy Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and teams managing the food and beverage services for thousands of guests who visit our venues annually.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Financial Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive financial profitability through effective reporting and budgeting.
  2. Operational Excellence: Oversee the control of all purchasing and implement cost controls as needed to ensure best-in-class hospitality standards.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain positive relations with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and team members.
  4. Market Trends: Stay informed of market and industry trends to drive innovation and growth in our food and beverage services.
  5. Operational Strategy: Develop and apply operational strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  6. Reputation Management: Protect our company's reputation by proactively addressing key issues and promoting positive storytelling.
  7. Team Leadership: Construct a high-performing operations team and ensure everyone is accountable for their job responsibilities and roles.
  8. Client Partnerships: Provide proven leadership to a team that delivers operational expertise in contracted services while managing hands-on execution of operations.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree and/or appropriate combination of education and experience to support on-the-job effectiveness.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of Food and Beverage Management experience in a sports and entertainment atmosphere.
  3. Operational Expertise: Experience managing a high-volume Food & Beverage operation.
  4. Problem-Solving: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and desire to solve complex challenges.
  5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to use data metrics effectively to build and strengthen client partnerships, manage and mentor teams, and create a collaborative work environment.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation building and delivery.
  7. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate staff.
  8. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to initiate and develop personal and professional relationships in the industry.
  9. Technical Skills: Expert in Windows-based office software.
  10. Business Acumen: Ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and building and growing a strong business is essential to success in this role.
