Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Pick Quick Retail Inc is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that stock is properly managed
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Outlook
