About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team at Seaspan. As a key member of our Supply Chain Management team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize supply chain processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased productivity and reduced costs.
  • Design and maintain data models and reports to support business intelligence and decision-making.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on supply chain management, procurement, and logistics to support business growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management, and implement new ideas and technologies to drive business improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on data analysis and process improvement.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency through data-driven strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as data analysis tools such as Power BI.
