Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
  • Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations, ensuring that we are running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks.
