What You'll Be Doing

As the Senior Manager, Taxonomy, you will design, implement, and manage a scalable taxonomy system for marketing metadata, customer journeys, and content, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Journey Mapping & Integration - Develop and manage taxonomies for customer journeys to facilitate targeted and personalized marketing efforts. Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and translate them into taxonomy requirements. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate taxonomy with marketing technologies and data management systems.
  • Training, Support, Governance, and Documentation - Provide training and support to employees on using taxonomy & metadata systems effectively. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in taxonomy and metadata management. This role is crucial in creating a common language across marketing tech platforms, facilitating seamless collaboration, and ensuring high-quality, consistent data across all channels.

  • Extensive experience in taxonomy development, implementation, and management.
  • A solid understanding of content management systems (CMS) and marketing technologies.
  • A passion for data organization and a commitment to building a robust and scalable information architecture.
