Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Sunnydale Pizza. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, supervising staff, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Estimate and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and equipped to meet the demands of our customers.
- Develop and implement budget and cost estimates, ensuring that our kitchen operates within budget and meets our financial targets.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
- Prepare and submit reports, providing regular updates on kitchen performance and highlighting areas for improvement.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
