Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of staff, including hiring, performance management, and salary recommendations
  • Ensure the facility and its employees comply with all safety procedures set by the company
  • Manage fuel inventory control for the facility
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers receive the best possible service at all times
  • Oversee site maintenance, working with contractors as required
  • Manage store stock control, ensuring inventory levels are maintained at an appropriate level
  • Perform office administration tasks, including completing reports as required by head office
  • Oversee month-end close procedures
  • Manage the process of accepting payments and cash handling
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • JDE experience is an asset, but training will be provided
  • Previous experience supervising employees
  • Industry experience is an asset
