  • Administer and analyze results from our bi-annual employee survey, sharing insights with the team.
  • Become the go-to expert for our HR technology stack, including performance management and professional development platforms.
  • Facilitate the annual compensation review process in collaboration with the senior leadership team.
  • Partner with our benefits broker to manage and enhance benefits policies and programs.
  • Ensure all HR documentation is organized and maintained, including data management on our platforms.
  • Update and uphold our Employee Handbook and Policies.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, from orientation to exit interviews.
  • Support the continuous performance management program.
  • Collaborate with the Office Coordinator to optimize the workplace environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, community, and environmental standards.
  • Continuously monitor HR trends and best practices to propose improvements to our culture and policies.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • A seasoned HR Business Partner, Generalist, or Manager with a proven track record in leading comprehensive HR functions and shaping organizational culture.
  • CPHR designation is a plus or actively pursuing it.
  • Experience in a tech/creative company or marketing/PR agency is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Resourceful and proactive in navigating ambiguous situations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clarity in all interactions.
  • A curious mindset, considering multiple perspectives when making decisions or crafting communications.
