Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Home Support Worker to provide essential care and assistance to our clients in a compassionate and respectful manner. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need of support.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months is preferred.
Work Environment
  • Optional accommodation is available at no cost on a live-in basis, though this is not a condition of employment.

  • The position involves working in the employer's or client's home.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications as directed.
  • Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene tasks.
  • Encourage and assist clients in regular physical activities, such as walking.
  • Provide assistance with feeding or meal preparation.
  • Launder clothing and household linens as needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe environment.
