Job Overview

Limen Concrete Finishing Corp. is seeking a dedicated and skilled carpenter specializing in concrete forms. This role requires a strong background in construction and the ability to work in various environments.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work at heights.
  • Exposure to noisy conditions.
Work Setting
  • Involvement in construction projects at various locations.
  • Experience in both commercial and residential settings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel.
  • Construct foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect wall and roof systems.
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and renovations on residential and wooden structures in diverse establishments.
Supervision

Supervise a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel as necessary.
  • Manage a large workload in a physically demanding environment.
  • Work under tight deadlines.
