Job Overview

Limen Concrete Finishing Corp. is seeking a dedicated and skilled carpenter specializing in concrete forms. This role requires a strong background in construction and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years in a related field.
Work Environment
  • Work will be conducted at various heights.
  • Expect a noisy environment typical of construction sites.
Work Setting
  • Engagement in both commercial and residential projects.
  • Work will take place at multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and connect materials such as wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel.
  • Construct foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect wall and roof systems.
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and renovations on residential and wooden structures across various establishments.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Oversee a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel frequently.
  • Capable of handling a large workload that is physically demanding.
  • Work under tight deadlines.
