Job Summary

Rideau Convenience Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Assign sales workers to duties, supervise their activities, and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Order merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a well-stocked store to meet customer demands.
  • Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs, and conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and provide excellent customer service to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, prepare reports on sales and personnel matters, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced retail environment with attention to detail required.
  • Permanent full-time position with 30-40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
