Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Rideau Convenience Canada Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Manage inventory, including ordering merchandise and organizing stock
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment

Our store operates in a fast-paced retail environment, and you must be able to work effectively in this setting. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
