Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Supervisor to join our team at DSW. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading the store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. Your primary responsibility will be to report to the Store Manager and assist in achieving store objectives, including in-store sales, web orders, and goals as directed by the Store Manager.

Key Job Accountabilities:
  • Assumes a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional Customer experiences.
  • Maintains exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
  • Facilitates achievement of business results by role modelling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive Customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.
  • Coaches and provides feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success.
  • Fosters teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
  • Maintains effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
  • Opens and closes the store proficiently.

  • Excellent customer service and strong will to assist customer needs.

  • Ability to work efficiently in the fast-paced team environment.

  • Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts, including closing shifts and weekends as required.
