Job Description

Unlock Your Potential as a DSW Supervisor

We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Full-time Supervisor to join our DSW team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve business results and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales, web orders, and operational excellence.
  • Model a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
  • Facilitate teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
  • Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager and team members.

Requirements:

  • Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co-workers.
  • Excellent customer service and strong will to assist customer needs.
  • Motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Openness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change.
  • Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts, including closing shifts and weekends as required.
