Automotive Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Northern Roads Auto Group. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, ensuring that all vehicles meet manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Inspect and repair vehicle computer and electronic systems.
  • Ensure all vehicles qualify for warranty prior to performing warranty repairs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Valid 310S License.
  • Kia experience and/or EV experience is an asset.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive repair.
  • Valid G Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.
  • High School Diploma or equivalency.
  • Ability to lift 85 lbs.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
  • Strong communication skills.
