About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities
    • Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
    • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Inspect and Monitor Cleaning Standards
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are met and that our clients' facilities are clean and safe.
    • Identify and address any cleaning-related issues or concerns.
  • Manage Cleaning Supplies and Equipment
    • Order and manage cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that our team has what they need to do their job effectively.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
