Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at ADG Cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain our high standards.
- Develop and implement work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the cleaning industry.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
