Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Slave Lake Cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the cleaning team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and on time.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
- Assist cleaning staff with their duties as required and provide guidance and support to ensure they are able to perform their tasks effectively.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
