About the Role

The Work. Agency is seeking a seasoned Country Manager to lead the establishment of our business in Canada. As the first Canadian hire, this position will play a crucial role in expanding our global presence and establishing us as a leading authority in fine mineral separation and processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership as a global subject matter expert on physical separation and drive the sales of equipment and engineering services.
  • Form an integral part of the business development team and work closely with metallurgical services and project engineering teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the Canadian market.
