- Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a service advisor or customer service role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Valid Ontario G driver's license and a clear driver's abstract.
