  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and certifications to ensure expertise in vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or university degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a service advisor or customer service role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Valid Ontario G driver's license and a clear driver's abstract.
