ROLE OVERVIEWAs an Administrative Associate, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the overall success of one or more Wealth Advisors by ensuring exceptional client service through effective administration and daily operations of their business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Facilitate efficient client administration by overseeing all administrative processes and addressing escalations that require thorough investigation.
- Consistently demonstrate superior levels of client service by:
- Assisting the advisor in regular portfolio reviews, including executing client trades as directed and identifying client needs.
- Addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and processing client transactions promptly and effectively.
- Provide marketing support by coordinating materials, events, and seminars to enhance opportunities for asset and revenue growth.
- Support business development by managing tracking reports for Wealth Advisors to review targets, recommendations, and financial strategies.
- Foster effective working relationships across various departments and business lines by actively collaborating and sharing knowledge and expertise.

- Current registration as an Investment Representative (IR) with CIRO.
